Ladies Handicap Communication
Hello ladies and welcome back to a season that commenced a bit later than expected, although with amazing weather and full tee sheets.

It appears that after the first few weeks we are all settling back into our usual booking routines and the tee sheets do finally show some openings.

The Handicap Committee is commencing score posting audits, please post all of your scores on the Golf Canada website. It is quite simple to do on the website, however, I have to admit I personally find the App a bit cumbersome.  I realize that you may think that handicap events may not get underway as planned but we want to be ready and have a true handicap when we get the approval to move forward with events.

Hopefully, all of you realize that ESC is a thing of the past, you must take a net double bogie as your maximum score on any hole. This is par for the hole, plus 2 for the double bogie then add the number of your handicap strokes for that hole. If you find this confusing, and most do, then we suggest that you enter your score on the Golf Canada website in the Hole by Hole fashion, not total score.

Have fun ladies and if you have any questions please do not hesitate to email or call me. I may not be able to address your question but I certainly can find out or refer you to the expert resource.
