A team from North Halton qualified for the all women’s team spot in the GTR regional finals held on August 25th. The team of Claudine Waddick, Karen Watts, Anette Walker and Anneke Keenleyside played Bayview today with a net score of 58. They were accompanied on the trip by Marc Bezaire our PGA pro and Jacqueline Sargent as an official score keeper.
There are two guaranteed spots for all women teams at the Canadian national finals to be held at Cabot in Nova Scotia in the fall. They are keeping their fingers crossed that they will qualify and will find out once all the regional finals across Canada are completed mid September.
